The 1st African American McDonalds Franchise Owner In Delaware, Dr. Lozelle J. DeLuz

Dr Lozelle J. Deluz, PhD., provided her Twelve Rules for Success this morning to over 140 attendees at the Delaware Emerging Technology Center's Secrets of Success Series.  She and her late owned three Wilmington area McDonald franchises, one of the first African American operators in the East Coast region and the first and only ever in the State of Delaware.  

"You can't just take from the community, you must give something back"

She is also a role model and mentor to many African American businesses in Delaware and the surrounding area.
